It was the darkest moment of my life.

At the time, I was 18 years old. Two years earlier, my dad tragically died of a heart attack thanks to a lifetime of abusing cigarettes and alcohol. Regrettably, I wasted two years of my life maximizing my waistline instead of maximizing my quality of life through perseverance and self-discipline. Playing WCW/nWo Revenge on the N64 and crushing Domino’s Pizza in a Section 8 apartment was my reality.
Nintendo 64?! Yeah, I’m that old. I don’t track my calories, I carbon date them.
Thankfully, I earned the right to grow old by choosing a way out of this death spiral of depression and destructive eating.
I escaped Plato’s Section 8 Cave by choosing a relentlessly positive mindset — fueled by high carb eating and supplemented by meat for raging testosterone and hormonal balance. It was the exact opposite of what every mainstream, self-defeating dietary “guru” recommends and that’s exactly at it works!
By developing this dietary approach, I was able to lose 100 pounds in 8 months and overcome the low energy depression that was denying me a life of passion, positivity and persistence.
